If for any reason you need to return your products you may return your purchase within 30 days of the ship date. Please contact us for a return authorization at skyrubbertracks@gmail.com or call 270-824-0395.

If you are returning a track due to fitment and there is a compatible product available we will do our best to work with you so as to minimize return costs and get you the correct item as soon as possible.

How to Return An Item

• Call 270-824-0395 or email skyrubbertracks@gmail.com to receive a return authorization. You will need to provide your order invoice number, items you wish to return, and reason(s) for return.
• You will be receive a return shipping label via email.
• When returning items via FedEx Ground you will drop the items off at your local FedEx location.
• Your shipment will be tracked until it is received at our warehouse where it will then be inspected for new, unaltered condition.
• SKY RUBBER TRACKS, LLC will then issue either account credit towards your next purchase, or a refund check (minus original and returning shipping as well as the 20% restocking fee). Typically your refund will be complete the same day we receive the track back, but it may take up to five days to process if the track needs to be evaluated.

Return Notes

• Any rubber track shipment returned with metal banding will be refused and you will be responsible for the entire purchase price.
• All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
• All items must be in new, unused, unaltered condition in order to be accepted.
• Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Freight Returns

• You will be emailed a BOL and a shipping label.
• All tracks and parts must be strapped and secured to the pallet.
• Before scheduling pickup with the freight carrier you will need to provide a data and 2 hour time window in which you'll be available.
